Santos, Boaventura de Sousa. 2014. Epistemologies of the South. London and New York: Routledge.
I borrow these beautiful description of decolonial collectivity, that I believe is also a nomadic approach to accompaniment, from Manifesto for Good living. In “Epistemologies of the South”, with tragic optimism, Santos proposes a teoria povera, “a rearguard theory based on the experiences of large” where large are minorities and majorities under “unjustly imposed marginality and inferiority.”
